Models of Pride Presenters
Dr. Rebecca Rada, UCLA Health LGBTQ+ Healthcare Fellow, and Dr. Daniela Delgado, Clinical Instructor in the UCLA Department of Medicine, presented "Answers to Common Questions on Gender Affirming Care for Adolescents" for the Parents and Professionals Institute of Models of Pride. Phone Intake Visit
The first step in enrolling in the UCLA Gender Health Plan is an over the phone intake visit with our instance management squad. During the telephone intake engagement our case management team will inquire a variety of questions that will allow u.s. to streamline your intendance through our wellness system and aid u.s. link yous to whatsoever additional information or community based resource you might need. Intake appointments are bachelor on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1pm-5pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from eight:30am-12pm, although nosotros may be able to accommodate alternative schedules as necessary.
