How To Draw Katelyn From Aphmau

Thank you all for over 2000 followers! Everyone is the absolute sweetest on here. I have some of the funnest times on here with yous guys! I appreciate everyone thats been nice to me!

How are you today? I went to the beach today~ (totally is non bragging). Anyway, grab your pencils and pain brushes because were gonna be drawing Katelyn! Please bare with me when i explain steps, and let me know if you dont understand something. Also keep in mind you dont have to use exactly what im using, im just stating what i used.

About 2-2 1/2 hours

The commencement thing y'all want to do is get the base/outline of her head finished. Keep it simple and draw the the base at a little scrap of an angle.

Side by side is her ears, when you draw ears (specifically in this example) I like to imagine a distorted oval or a white potato. For the inside details, just make them simple, but still noticeably ears.

Lets become her shoulder out of the style so we accept a sort of base for our hair. When your drawing these parts of the body, including the hair, dont make information technology stiff. Let your wrist loose and make curved lines. It makes the person await more than natural.

I imagine Katelyn would be wearing some sort of ponytail(?) since its so hot outside. Again, keep the lines smoothen, were gonna be adding in the details for her hair later. Towards her ponytail area are two niggling elastics (thats what i phone call them), not hair.

Now were getting into the bodily shape of her body. Katelyn doesn't really take a busty body shape, but she notwithstanding maintains the feminine body appearance. As far as thighs go, generally thighs are thick. Truthful that some people have some pretty thin thighs, merely a salubrious person like Katelyn, generally has thick thighs.

Hands are some of my worst problems as an artist. But for now, I have overcome the hardships of drawing hands. Merely offset, we depict the arm connecting her manus to her torso. Now, when i draw hands i go for the fingers first and where there gonna be placed. If you need a reference, try making a peace sign with your own hands to see where they go! Reminder to keep information technology smooth, permit your wrist loose.

Once your washed with that, I fabricated the palms of her hands. Add in whatever folds of skin and adjust anything if you need to do so.

Side by side, onto her apparel! The top she'south wearing is similar a swimming conform/tank peak. Plumbing fixtures for the summertime, correct? Near the eye of her breast its sorta scrunched up for design purposes. Every bit for her shorts, they are basic silk like shorts that you lot can basically wearable anywhere in public. Usually the sorta thing yous would wear if you lot were going to the embankment. The hole areas, I put a outline to make information technology await more similar shorts. Besides adding in some fold marks to show where the side of her legs are.

Going back up to her face, I drew the slightly pointy nose and rima oris. Drawing the nose first gives me a good idea of where my eyes should be drawn. Katelyn is just giving a slight smirk/smile with an easy curved line.

Next is her beautiful eyes. To aviod the horror of drawing the other center, I had her wink instead. For her right eye i made information technology sorta oval shape, but of grade not completing said oval. Calculation in the pocket-size details of eyelashes.

Her middle i started off with the white function (?), drawing information technology in the right corner of her eye. The outline of her unabridged eye is ii slightly curved lines from top to bottom. Completing the eye with the student nigh, non all the mode, covering it, coloring it in following. You have piddling folds higher up your optics when you open them, so add together those above. And finally her eyebrows. When i depict eyebrows, I depict them in two parts. Starting time the upper half, and then end it with the lower half. Creating whatever countenance shape you desire.

The final footstep is to add in all the little details. For example, hair strands, texture of skin, clothes, etc. Let your imagination run wild! I would beloved to see what yous guys come up upward with.
