As ERA is getting migrated to Open Access, EditFlow will stop accepting submissions on October 15, 2021. Future submissions will be at the journal's New Site.

Ever since ERA was created by the American Mathematical Society in 1995, the journal has been serving well the community, with its full contents free of charge for both readers/libraries and authors. This has been an extraordinary contribution to the community by AMS and AIMS for over 20 years. To ensure the sustainability of the journal, ERA will be Open Access beginning in 2022. However, any article submitted in 2021 will not result in APC.

Electronic Research Archive (ERA), formerly known as Electronic Research Announcements in Mathematical Sciences, publishes original and expository full-length research articles of significant advances in all branches of mathematics, applied mathematics and related fields. All articles should be written to communicate their contents to a broad scientific audience and must meet high standards for scientific content and clarity. After review and acceptance, articles enter production for immediate publication.

ERA is the continuation of Electronic Research Announcements of the AMS published by the American Mathematical Society, 1995—2007, details at AMS.

AIMS is a member of COPE. All AIMS journals adhere to the policies outlined in our Ethical Standards.
Publishes 6 issues a year in March, June, August, September, November and December.
ERA is a free access publication.
Archived in Portico and CLOCKSS.
